ABOUT THE BAND: High Cotton is not your typical cover band, we put a lot of thought into selecting songs that meet certain criteria, but our top priority is to entertain the crowd all night long! We aim to bring a lively atmosphere and give everyone an unforgettable night that they'll want to relive again and again! With a constantly evolving set list, every show is fresh and unique and requests are always welcome! High Cotton was founded by Russell Benefield, Jr. (lead vocals/guitar) and Jason Donald (lead guitar/vocals) who then brought in Ray Pfaff (drums/vocals) and Bert Guidry (bass/vocals). These four experienced musicians have been playing for decades and together they are an unstoppable force!

ABOUT THE VENUE (located at Embassy Suites in Gulf Shores): Perched high above the beach, The Sound Wave combines live music, Gulf views, and an energetic atmosphere. This open-air, second-floor venue is the ultimate destination for concerts and live performances in Gulf Shores, featuring a state-of-the-art sound system and an extensive food and drink menu. Whether you’re here for the music, the Gulf views, or the lively vibe, The Sound Wave is where the coast comes to life. Live music Monday - Sunday from 7 PM to close.
